Victoria is a lifelong helper. After leaving the corporate world, she became a career paramedic/firefighter, and eventually a licensed social worker and practitioner of yoga. As someone in lifelong recovery herself, Victoria has come to understand how deeply disconnected we are from our bodies—and how this disembodiment limits our ability to heal.

Realizing that we cannot simply talk our way through everything, Victoria embarked on a profound exploration of more embodied practices. Through yoga, sound healing, breath work, somatic work, chakra psychology, and redefining her relationship with movement she learned to reconnect with her body, experiencing a depth of presence and healing she never imagined possible.

By integrating her education in these practices with her depth of knowledge in Western-based approaches, she is able to offer a a truly embodied, integrated approach to whatever challenges you are facing. Her mission is to help others reconnect with themselves, find balance, and heal in a way that honors mind, body, and spirit.

Off the mat and outside the studio, Victoria loves baking, running, hiking, biking, snowboarding, making art, and spending time with her partner, three dogs, and countless plants.
